Jackie's clinical focus is in reproductive health, cycle regulation, hormone imbalances, pregnancy + postpartum, stress, anxiety, PTSD and digestive issues. She most enjoys supporting people on their journey to healing and ultimately thriving in their abundant and balanced lives. She incorporates Reiki, nutritional support, mindfulness practices such as breathing exercises, meditation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and provides a safe and calm environment for clients to be fully heard and understood -- and to begin healing.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children who are her heart and soul and her inspiration for her life's work. She participates in women's self development circles and performs acupuncture at health and spiritual retreats. She enjoys everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer, playing/watching her favorite sports teams, listening to live music and hanging out with her gorgeous Bengal cat, Lily.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2010. She graduated with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO with over 3400 hours of classroom and clinical training in acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Since she obtained her license, she has performed over 10,000 treatments.
